Welcome to TL Ghana. By accessing or using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TL Ghana's car rental services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

- Self-drive rentals are only available in Kumasi.
- You must be at least 35 years old and possess a valid Ghanaian driver’s license for more than one year to rent a self-drive vehicle.
- A valid visa passport is required for self-drive rentals.
- For all rentals, a Ghana Card, digital address, and an emergency contact are required.
- A guarantor is required for the driver’s contract in self-drive rentals.

3. Booking and Payment

- Reservations can be made through our office or customer service team.
- Self-drive rentals require full payment upfront, including a cash lock ranging from GHC 2000 to GHC 5000, depending on the car chosen.
- Daily Charge: Ranges from GHC 500 to GHC 5000, depending on the car chosen.
- Payments can be made via Cash, Mobile Money (MoMo), or Bank Transfer.
- Customers will receive daily mileage updates via WhatsApp.

4. Vehicle Use

- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented, except for normal wear and tear.
- The renter is responsible for any damages, theft, or loss during the rental period.
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, sub-leased, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations (on the same day) will be charged one full day’s rental fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. ⁠Late Return Policy

- Late vehicle returns will result in an additional daily rental charge.
- Any outstanding charges will be deducted from the cash lock.
- If the car is returned in good condition, the remaining balance from the cash lock will be refunded.

7. Fuel Policy

- Vehicles are provided with a full tank at the start of the rental.
- Vehicles always come with a full tank when the trip ends.

8. Safety and Maintenance

- All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained.
- Customers must inspect the vehicle before use and report any issues immediately.

9. Liability

TL Ghana is not responsible for accidents, indirect damages, or losses incurred during the rental.

10. Privacy Policy

- Customer information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency in its usage.
